By using AstroUnikon, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Services

AstroUnikon provides a platform connecting users with independent astrologers for entertainment, insight, and guidance. Readings are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice.

3. Account Responsibility

Keep your OTP and login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

4. Payments & Wallet

All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
Wallet recharges are non-transferable between accounts.
Per-minute charges are deducted in real time during active sessions.
You must maintain sufficient balance to continue a session.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate content towards astrologers or staff.
Sharing personal contact details to move consultation off-platform.
Attempting to manipulate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — logos, text, design, software — is owned by AstroUnikon or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Wallet balances from terminated accounts due to fraud are not refundable.

8. Disclaimer

Astrology is an interpretive science. AstroUnikon makes no guarantees about outcomes or accuracy of predictions. You use readings at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroUnikon, its staff, and astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
