Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges

  • Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once credited, as the amount can be used anytime for consultations.
  • If a payment was charged but the wallet was NOT credited due to a technical error, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. Consultation Charges

  • Call/Chat drops due to our technical failure: refunded pro-rata for unused portion.
  • Astrologer not available after call started: full refund of that session.
  • User-initiated disconnects: non-refundable for minutes consumed.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the session via Contact.

3. Store Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras)

  • Undamaged, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Energised/personalised items (custom mantra yantras, pran pratishtha rudraksha) are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Pooja Bookings

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before scheduled pooja: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund (pandit fee + material cost incurred).
  • No-show or cancellation after pooja started: non-refundable.

5. Promo Codes & Free Credits

Promotional credits and offers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire as specified at the time of issue.

6. Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via the Contact page or email listed there.
  2. Include your registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
  3. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.
