Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges
- Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once credited, as the amount can be used anytime for consultations.
- If a payment was charged but the wallet was NOT credited due to a technical error, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 business days.
2. Consultation Charges
- Call/Chat drops due to our technical failure: refunded pro-rata for unused portion.
- Astrologer not available after call started: full refund of that session.
- User-initiated disconnects: non-refundable for minutes consumed.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the session via Contact.
3. Store Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras)
- Undamaged, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Energised/personalised items (custom mantra yantras, pran pratishtha rudraksha) are non-returnable.
- Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Pooja Bookings
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before scheduled pooja: full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund (pandit fee + material cost incurred).
- No-show or cancellation after pooja started: non-refundable.
5. Promo Codes & Free Credits
Promotional credits and offers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may expire as specified at the time of issue.
6. Processing Time
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via the Contact page or email listed there.
- Include your registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
- Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.
